PRODUCT RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At House of Muher, we take great care to ensure that every product is crafted with precision and delivered in perfect condition. Due to the nature of our designs, production process, and quality standards, we follow a strict No Return / No Refund policy.
WHY THIS POLICY?
Each product is specially curated and made to order. Once the order is placed, materials, craftsmanship, and logistics are allocated exclusively for that product.
To maintain fairness and transparency for all customers, we do not accept returns or cancellations after an order has been confirmed.
However, if a customer insists on cancelling the order before processing begins, a 25% cancellation fee will be applicable. This fee covers material allocation, production planning, labour scheduling, and administrative costs already incurred.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Every product goes through multiple rounds of quality checks before dispatch.
In the rare case you receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:
